I also think only a rube would believe Iran only had peaceful goals with the nuclear program. Why? Fordow was built secretly, under a mountain they hoped would be impenetrable to attack. That is what one would call horse picky, the goal has always been a weapon. A peaceful program would have been open and transparent with IAE oversight.

Not sure what site you have that shows a declaration of war but as of now that is not the case. One can nitpick that dropping was a declaration but in reality that is not the case. This was a preemptive strike with the goal of eliminating weapons capability and to pride the Iranians on a different course. Will it work? Time will tell but decades of appeasement have certainly not worked.
