just curious and not that education and college credits mean anything to most college teams now but if Nico has been dismissed from Tenn, got to assume that his "tutorial privileges" have also been revoked thus leaving him on his own to complete his 2nd semester classwork. Again, not that it will probably matter but could academic eligibility come into play regarding a transfer?

….he just received an education on “overreaching”. Remains to be seen whether or not he learned anything from the course material.

NCAA decided decades ago that academic regulations are zero.

They've been doing everything they can, since before Prop 48, to minimize academics. The free agency and transfer with immediate playing time was the final step in making "college" irrelevant.

Just ask UNC what the NCAA thought about them setting up an entire department to keep athletes eligible.

No, I don't think there are any academic requirements anymore in college football and basketball. I haven't heard them brought since Pay-For-Play and year-round free agency started so I'm assuming they went by the wayside.
