I really think he needs to make the fans like him, meaning he has to fire Monte or CBB. Since the Brad isn't leaving this year, I think Monte has to be on the chopping block. 7yrs is long enough, time to find a new regime in the dugouts.

Seriously though, does this sort of thing help you day to day? ~ 10,000 TDs, really? I mean I know you've given me a 100 or more, but 9,900 other TDs? Do you have ANYTHING else in life going for you?
You otherwise seem like a reasonable dude. Makes no sense that you get an actual and real life sense of satisfaction from TDing people.
