Natty Bound????

Only, IMHO, if Clemson wins the next 11. Even then it will be very difficult as the Tigers head to the playoffs. Just not enough power in the trenches. Bot lines are overrated, as good teams push them around.
Also, our coaches don't seem to be very good at making adjustments. In the second half last year, Kirby Smart changed Georgia's offensive approach and Clemson never adjusted in kind. Same thing last night. LSU, instead of bombing away to their talented wide outs, dinked and dunked all night and Clemson never responded to it. It's as if the other team tries something different, Clemson acts surprised and almost doesn't know what to do. Coaching? Talent? Schemes? Probably a bit of all of these.

No. We are nowhere close to being a natty, let alone a playoff team

This team lost last year's opener much worse and made the playoffs. Remember, the top 12 get in.

We won the ACC. That looks unlikely this season.
Long way to go though

We’re not close. Actually it’s getting a bit embarrassing to make the 12 only to flop on the national stage. Won’t be long before that dreaded ########## term starts to resurface. I realize how negative and pessimistic that sounds, but I’m afraid that’s where we are at.

I don't think anything makes you seem softer and makes the term Clemson ing more applicable than banning it.

Agree. And that’s what I don’t understand. Why can’t we fix the offensive line? Seems this has been an issue for at least 5 years. Imagine if Cade hadn’t had to run for his life all night and actually had time to read through all check downs

You could have saved a lot of time by just saying we aren’t natty bound…
