My new boss is a died in the feathers coot. (Pause for laughter and comments)

He insisted in taking football and got his feathers ruffled, which leads to my dilemma. He wants to wager money on the game, so
1. How much should I put up?
2. Do I collect considering buthurtedness afterwards?
3. Should I avoid the conflict?
4. Find a new job?
Sensical poasts only

If he, as your boss, is in control of the finances of your company, I'd start looking for a new job...he obviously isn't a money guy.

1. Paycheck. Go big or go home. 2. Absolutely. 3. No. Embrace it. 4. For $0.01 more, yes.

Best answer. Actually, I do enjoy working with the guy and this appears to be his only major flaw, which works in my favor due to an a$$kicking and national championship.

Get promoted over him and then fire him. That will show that you have the skills and good judgement to be the companies future President and CEO.
