The coots will never understand or admit, that their 5 wins over us was the negative effect of Tommy leaving in mid season. And that killed our very good recruiting class that year, that left us without any talented depth for a few years. Their wins 4 and 5, I'm sure we were the better team and we beat our selves....

"Negative effect of Tommy leaving"?? Are you senile? There was NO negative effect of Tommy leaving, other than he left (was fired) five years later than he should have. Dabo has out-recruited jellyfish Bowden every year but one. The coots are just much better than they were back in the jellyfish days.

I think our 2009 class was only like 12 kids , right ? That is a significant hangover anyway you look at it . Dabo needed another year to get the recruiting going in a great way ...and he did so in a BIG way.

makes no sense for SC to hire him when they haven't even let Ward go get. makes even less sense why Muschamp would go from head coach at a school like UF to defensive coordinator at SC.
whether he comes or not...who cares lol. he's not going to make any difference.

coots HC but him + Spurrier could be a really good combination until Spurrier retires. They might not have the horses on D next year either way, but i would still much rather face Ward than Muschamps.

but as bad as his stint was at florida he was able to land a hc job at a very good program. he has also won a nc as a dc and has coached on the pro level. he is considered one of the best defensive coaches in college football.
