Should have never been moved from safety.

You'll have one less now. IF he portals to OU it would be a wise decision based on his first year under BV coach was getting everything he could from Makuba. I hate it but I am afraid this will be another strike against the internal hiring and player development as a result.

I know he was injured, BUT

He really went downhill the second half of the season. IDK why or what he was dealing with, but he was a shutdown guy who didn’t really make an impact late in the year. No doubt he should not even be considering the NFL for the ‘23 Draft…come on back and get your swag back!!

Good safety, but needed to get bigger. Maybe he stayed lean since they were practicing him at corner. He is from Texas I recall.

Recently bumped a post by Wiggins about 2023 on Insta and still has Clemson stuff up on that site.
I really like this kid. He’s tough and versatile. Showed a lot of cajones in the UGA game last year. Hope he decides to stick it out at Clemson.

Tough to play D with a dislocated elbow. He is a very good player who we need to stay and hopefully be healthy. Look at Wiggins, had an injured hip first game, didn't practice any time leading up to WF game and got torched. But as he got healthy and was able to practice played very well at the end of season.

He needs to be back at his natural position, the coaches did him know favors this year. Heck he had a pick on the very first play of the season playing FS. That's where he should be.

Maybe some of the so called "fans" should've stopped trashing him on Twitter 24/7. He was hurt. Asked to play other positions. I wouldn't put up with these nasty cry baby fans if i was him...
If you think other programs aren't contacting our players CONSTANTLY offering them $$$ to leave you haven't been paying attention.
