Working way too closely with some <30 yr olds and man it gets trying sometimes

Any professional advice out there on how to politely tell a co-worker they are wrong and we should start at step one and not step four?

parking lot construction should start in the next week
the conex box got moved today
sheetrock has gone back up inside
flooring is almost fixed and then sub floor and tiles go on
sweet new ice machines on the porch
we will be using barnacles for parking enforcement and those are kinda cool
