The player of the year vote was 1. Watson 2. Cook 3. M. Williams.
Offensive player of the year: 1. Watson 2. M. Williams 3. Cook.
Since Cook and Williams both only play offense, how can Marquise Williams be a better offensive player but not as good an overall player as Cook? How does that work?

They actually tied with 2 votes each for Player of the Year.
The real question is how 11 people voted Watson for Offensive Player of the Year but only 10 voted for Player of the Year. One person switched a vote from Watson to Cook.
Again, by defintion if he is a better offensive player

then he is a better overall player. They both only play offense. If Watson is better on offense than Cook, then what rationale do you use to say Cook is better overall?
