of Tracy Morgan last night, but it was kind of like watching Jordan play for the Wizards. When I was a kid, that dude was the MJ of comedy. Not sure where he lost it, but for short time he was the king

Maybe not great, when you put it up against any of the great individual SNL episodes, but writing for a 50th anniversary celebration and keeping it funny and fresh is a monumental task...the scope is so much larger than that of a typical weekly show. I think they did a phenomenal job given that. So many cast members and characters to work in over a 50-year run and they still managed to churn out a good show and give as many as possible SNL family members their moments.
