I read it was over $40 million. Something like $840k+ a month for the next 4 years. Crazy. Head coaching is like playing the lottery these days. If you’re lucky enough to have some success, get a good agent and try to get a long term deal somewhere.

The offense has been broken since Rhule arrived; so no on him to be an offensive analyst.
I would take Phil Snow as a defensive analyst in a half a heartbeat though. The Panthers posted 2nd best in yards and 5th best overall last season on defense; despite leading the league in 3 and outs.
That's a defense that works its tail off and is schemed up nice! I'd take Snow and Steve Wilkes quick though. I feel bad for them and all the defensive players for the Panthers having to basically stay on the field due to an ineffective offense.

Look outside of Temple he had 1 good year at Baylor and that’s it?
I’m not saying he might not be a great P5 CFB coach as he was def trending that way at Baylor, but I feel like personally I need to see if it was a fluke year and the previous 7-6 was more his avg?
