to appreciate San Diego or the natural wonders if CA. Policy is whack, where it’s beautiful here it’s very very worth visiting.
San Diego playing USC would have been a headline
Kentucky in JAX doesn’t move the needle for anyone.. hoping the players feel differently

I LOVED San Francisco when I visited 15 years ago. I would not go back right now.

Certain blocks are though. You'll find the same problems in Jacksonville (though I'd prefer to be homeless in San Diego).

SD I went to last year was very nice and lots of fun. Yep lots of homeless there because of the climate but the keep them pretty well contained in one section. I found it while out on a jog. Had some interesting conversations with some of them.

Who the heck wants to play a bowl game against UK, 🤢🤮. Playing USC would have been a nice change, Show them Cali boys a thing or two. Missed opportunity to show some west coast recruits real Defense. Go Tigers! See ya in Jacksonville boys!

I think our Tigers are done with Cali guys. No need to go out to Cali except for a fun matchup with USC, tge actual USC.
But Gator Bowl has nostalgia for a team at 8-4. Very much like late 80’s early 90’s. I was a young Clemson Tiger fan ba k then and enjoyed those fun bowl games. Not making CFP is ok, still happy that this season was turned around. 4-0 November and a nice bowl game, be nice to get a bowl win to keep the positive flow into next season 👍

Would have gone to Holiday Bowl, but not all the way to the East Coast for Gator. We were just in Clemson for the UNC game and Thanksgiving with family.
Understand our situation is reversed from most of you. But we would likely go to any Clemson football game on the West Coast. We were at Santa Clara.
Still waiting for the Rose Bowl CFP game.

TBH If we can't have the Holiday- I would have liked somewhere we have never been like the Military Bowl. VT got a pretty good match up with Tulane in Annapolis.

I would rather play USC but would rather us be playing in Jacksonville to allow for convenient access for our fans. I do like the matchup as I feared we would be paired with a top 15 opponent that would be hard to beat. I think it is perfect for this team although I'm sure the players would have enjoyed San Diego more.
