Coach S made it VERY clear tonight at PandG that all this NONSENSE talk about the big 12 is killing us in recruiting. The other coaches, such as those at UGA and USCA are using it against us to get players we would normally get by telling them and their parents that Clemson would soon be playing in Kansas and Iowa etc. and they are accepting it as truthful. SO QUIT WITH THE BIG XII TALK AND GET A LIFE!

How's that ?? All he's doing is repeating that our own head coach is saying that the BIG 12 rumors are hurting recruiting. Whether it is or not,I figure the HEAD COACH has a better feel of what's causing the problems than a bunch of "we always get screwed, we need to move now" Keyboard Warriors on the internet.

What confuses me is that he says that he is worried about his family being able to attend the games but then goes on to say that he is going to visit wisconsin???

there are several away games that his family could drive to in the ACC, the closest if we moved to the Big 12 would be what? FSU? (assuming they move too)

We are playing AT BC this coming season.
We have 7 home games.
Is a parent really going to be that put out by 3-4 games being on the road? If so, they better hope their kid never makes it to the next level, because they will never see him then.

Kids want their parents to be able see them play. Unless the Big 12 forms a division of eastern teams, the parent was correct about away game distances.
Turmoil about a possible move is starting to affect recruiting, and other schools are playing it up. We MUST make a move one way or the other very quickly, or we will be on the outside looking in for many of these guys.
