Look for the Tigers in as a 12 seed, maybe 11.***

Definitely would be 1 seed nit. Not knowing what the committee does on wins and losses, it's not, nor could it be, like football. In football you have a limited pool of participants so imo, a committee can look at teams that beat each other and had common opponents etc.
Impossible, imo, to do that in baseball or basketball with 350 teams. Saying, who you lost to, or who Pitt lost to etc would be close to impossible for a committee to discuss. And from reading what the bracket predictors write, it's more the algorithm such as +4 for q1, +3 for q2, -3 for q3 loss, -4 for q4 loss etc etc. And that's kinda what the Net rank does.
Once you plug that in, NC St and Pitt beat us. Not saying that's right, just saying you have to have something like that. Then if 2 teams are equal, then the head to head may come into play.

Clemson hurt themselves a long time ago with the loses against the Quad 4 teams (via poor coaching). So Clemson has no one to blame but themselves. It is unfortunate but if they have to settle for a NIT bid that is not acceptable to me.
