First of all, there is no choice--Norton will not play. Second, Guillermo hopefully will not make any worse snaps than Norton which will benefit Deshaun's health. Spot the ball and open up a big can of Whip-Ass!

Guillermo has had a much better first two games - He was pushing Norton for the starting job. Only concern is depth after Guillermo.
