Can’t go a mile without seeing an OSU flag or Michigan flag. Heck half of Ohio moved to Hilton Head in the past year. If Clemson joins the Big Ten the visitors section would be massive in comparison to the teams in the Basketball conference. Anyways I hope we get Leonard Go Tigers!

We lived on Seabrook island for about 5 years. Every Saturday they would televise a college game each Saturday in the community room. 1st year there I asked, which game is the biggest draw each year? Clemson vs the coots. They laughed at me and said the 0310 vs Michigan game over flowed every year. You had to have reservations to get in.

Disgusting how this state has allowed every 50 acre parcel to be divided up among 150 lots by DR Horton for yankees to habitat.
No clue how bad it has to be up there for someone to agree to pay 400k for a crappy built house on 0.19 acre. Miss the way this state looked 30 years ago, even 20 years ago. Just compare the headache of traveling on I-85 compared to 1999.

I just made the same comment to my spousal unit yesterday. Seems that zoning should be given a hard look. Probably some money changing hands in that department.

I moved over a year ago in one of the DH Horton houses in Cherry Grove. It is 65 houses and 95% of my neighbors are Yankees. We attempted to make friends with all our new neighbors but instead just reinforced our hatred of Yankees.

Well, Ohio State has over 600,000 graduates and Michigan has 640,000 an estimated 11 million fans each. They gotta be somewhere.

Lots & homes by advertising in Ohio first knowing those Yanks wanted a warm place, had $ and that I-77/I-26/1-95 would be their easy route to Dixieland..
So blame those greedy little Execs!

Actually we have only ourselves to blame. Back in the 80’s and 90’s the state of South Carolina did a study and found Ohio was the best place to advertise for tourism. The state spent millions every year advertising our coasts to families in Ohio for the perfect vacation. We’ll guess what, they came, enjoyed it and now they are retiring. Where - right where they took family vacations for all those years at the urging of the South Carolina Dept of Tourism. That’s why Myrtle Beach is called little Ohio.
