Makes our win look that much better and effectively kills any chance the dirt peckers have of winning the east.

Has Mentenburger (sorry for the spelling) improved that much or has nobody been in his grill yet? Hope the Dawgs change that.

If Clemson wins out and UGA wins out the quality of schedule should help Clemson. Too soon to talk about winning out but if Clemson were to win out the strength of schedule and UGA's record will be a big plus for Clemson.

a UGA win is better for Clemson and worse for SCU, which of course is also better for Clemson. So I'd prefer UGA win.
That said, I expect LSU to win. Their new offensive coordinator seems to be the missing piece of the puzzle that they've really lacked ever since Miles national championship.
They have 2 highly talented receivers in Landry & Beckham along with the stud RB (and thug) J-Hill.
Of course UGA's offense is good too- I just think LSU has a better D and that will be what decides the game. Although homefield advantage should help UGA too- they may be able to rattle Whattaberger.

they're going to bring the sonic factor with Mettenberger. Even so, they better be able to get to him.

the rest of the year. Then I can pull for UGA to get beat by KY, Vandy, Fla, TN, Auburn, etc.
No way they lose more than one more after this game before the SEC champ game.

Well, Josh on Walt's show said before we played LSU last
Sep 24, 2013, 11:51 AM

year that their power would be too much. That we could not stand up to the physical nature of the SEC. Then, he said this year that Georgia would be too much for us, because they had a physical offense and divers offense, with a Senior laden offensive line that would be too much for us. Then, Josh said that Richt lost the Clemson game, not his players, and that South Carolina would beat Georgia easily becuase Spurrier would out coach Richt, and that South Carolina's defense would be too much for Georgia. Yesterday, Josh said LSU," And I know CLemson beat LSU, but this is a different animal this year"(insinuating our win over LSU doesn't really count)would dominate Georgia because they have an NFL quarterback at the helm...
So, based on Josh's analysis of the past several games, I am going with Georgia.

Georgia, at home, will take this game! I wish there were some way for both of them to lose, though.

Ga at home by seven. The LSU defense is tough but the Dogs will have too much offense. The Clemson defense did a pretty good job on Gurly and Marshall but at the end of the day too much UGA offense.
