Harbaugh may have a good reputation as a good HC to work for or whatever, but I'm pretty sure that Dabo has the reputation of being a really good HC to work for. So just may be when it comes to what good HC you would work for could come down to who is offering the best environment and paycheck!!!

Personally, I haven't heard of DC Minter's name mentioned before now here T-Net, and with that being said I took about a half hour googling his name to see what I could learn about Minter as a DC. Google his name yourself, and if who is hired by Dabo as a coordinator or position coach is of interest to I think that if you were to google Minter's name, like myself I think that you would leave those web sites with the same thoughts that I left them with and that is I believe that Jesse Minter could be a good hire for out Tigers defense...

But, I think that Dabo is going to do what Dabo wants to do, and that is hire who he wants to hire without caring a thing about what Tiger nation thinks about who he employs!!!
