Looking at the remaining schedule who do we lose to?

We don’t play BC,Miami or GT. And NC st not there they are any good and VT wasn’t good vs vandy. Louisville might be tough but I don’t see any other game Clemson could possibly lose to.. Clemson offensive line with Mafah is good enough to win most games on the schedule just protect the football. Moore and Wesco will emerge as playmakers this week against APP St.

It really is one of the easiest schedules in America. Dabo will make the case how HE improved the team, that HE won 10 games again, and HE will demand Clemson fans be happy with HIS past accomplishments.

“If we protect the football”
That is the answer right there…if we have a few more games like last years loses with multiple fumbles/devastating picks we could easily lose multiple games.

If we don't score points we are going to keep a lot of teams in a game they shouldn't be in...

We are in a pattern with NC State. Play like crap in Carter Finley and beat them pretty soundly at home. Nc State looked bad at the LOS against a finesse SoCon team. We will run for 250 on them. They will get 125 rushing and we will sack them at least 5 times. Should beat the brakes off them unless KC breaks a couple or we turn the ball over.

We could win all of our remaining games. We could lose half of them. You seem to have forgotten how many games we've barely scraped by bad teams over the past 3 years. Our margin of victory against FBS opponents is just 25-20. 5 points can swing any game quickly. Any team but the Citadel COULD beat us. Most likely, it would be some combination of NC State, FSU, Louisville, and South Carolina. I think we'll probably go 10-3 this year.

I think this has also hurt player development a lot. When you're dominating you've got a lot more players getting more experience in the 2nd half and sometimes can make it extra clear that someone really needs to be getting more snaps or even starting.

Louisville, NC State, Pitt are going to be tough.
Depending on how the team looks Saturday vs App St I'll be leaning towards dog fight games. If App St is giving Clemson the business most of the game I'll go ahead and say 2 of those 3 will be blow out losses.

Really hard to tell based on the one game. Maybe we improve in some areas and can score more points.
Dabo can say all he likes but we were not good. I'm seeing the same tired, timid, predictable offensive stuff we saw under Streeter. It never changes. There is basically no passing game you can depend on and we arent committed to the run when we need it

One of the following 3: at Virginia Tech, at Pitt, or Louisville.
And then 3rd loss of season to Miami in the ACC championship.

I agree with this post. I do add that the defense is good enough to keep most teams below 28 points. We can win out believe it or not. Cade is the real wildcard and has to improve his game awareness and deliver.

I don't think he played great but he also wasn't awful. I think getting brown/wesco/moore more involved right away would have had an impact. Turner getting 2nd most snaps is pathetic, especially him flat out giving up on a route that would have likely been a massive play. That wasn't a mistake, it was pure lack of effort and think he shoulda been benched for remainder of game. I'm assuming this was a dabo decision.
Impressed with improvements on Oline, it's very obv new coach has made a big impact. Wernt perfect but first game of season against one of the best defense, quite satisified.
Cade still seems uncofident. If his receivers help him out I imagine he will play better too. His first pass was obviously nerves.

Road games are usually especially hard for poorly coached teams like clemson so I'd say VT, FSU, & Pitt. Home games against ncsu & louisville are toss ups.

Let's take it one game at a time. Injuires could be part of that answer.

If we are at full strength, then I think we beat everyone else. Again, one game at a time like Dabo preaches.
Go Tigers!!!
