Some of you seem willfully ignorant of the constitution, esp when ignoring it serves your purpose.

The 1st (& all other) Amendment protects EVERYBODY on US soil against govt regardless of immigration status. That included green card holders, student visa, work visas, and yes even undocumented. For people breaking laws or deportees they should go through Due Process. Where trials, and judges decide what happens next. Right now we have people just being grabbed off the street, interigated and shipped off, with no due process. Its a very good reason why we have this process and not just at the whim of a person or agency. it provides transparency, where we can hear the fact vs "I believe him more than you"...coz we all know politicians ALWAYS tell the truth

Its really disturbing that so many of you would cheer this stuff on. You're really ok with deporting someone, who is here legally for speaking out for their countrymen (Palistine) ... not Hamas before you say it. Now our Visa you have to be for Israel or get out?

Can any of you explain to me how this is not a dictator move?

I have no expectation from them. He and they seem to care nothing about the Constitution and see it as a mere suggestion
So eager to turn over complete power to a power hungry fool.

I believe this bending of the Constitution will get much worse before it gets better. If this were happening in another Democratic country I’d get my popcorn and eagerly watch it play out, but sadly it’s my country

They can be deported without due process if they are not citizens though in certain cases. Example would be if someone is here under 2 years. They don't need to go to court to be deported.

at that point you can be deported. You can fight the case via "due process" from your home country.

Maybe you should study the constitution 1st period instead of right before recess; as you must be distracted.
