Lets get the facts straight. The felony convictions

Against Trump aren’t felonies. A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree when he commits the crime of falsifying business records in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof. Trump had no intent to commit another crime or conceal another crime as paying a woman to keep quiet is perfectly legal. If anything he is guilty of falsifying business records in the 2nd degree, a misdemeanor. A person is guilty of falsifying business records in the second degree when, with intent to defraud, he:
1. Makes or causes a false entry in the business records of an enterprise; or
2. Alters, erases, obliterates, deletes, removes or destroys a true entry in the business records of an enterprise; or
3. Omits to make a true entry in the business records of an enterprise in violation of a duty to do so which he knows to be imposed upon him by law or by the nature of his position; or
4. Prevents the making of a true entry or causes the omission thereof in the business records of an enterprise.
Falsifying business records in the second degree is a class A misdemeanor. Which means he will probably have the charges thrown out on appeal and shows the judge, jury, and prosecutor were completely biased and wrong.

Trump gets charged, you can read the conviction yourself. And you are asking me if there is any evidence that he wasn't wrongly charged?
Yeah... the fact that he was convicted is pretty good evidence against what you are saying.
But of course, since it's trump, it can't be true, people are just being mean to the poor criminal right?

He was wrongly charged with a felony. He isn’t guilty of falsifying business records in the first degree. In the OP I showed what the law is. If you are too stupid to understand what the law says, I can’t help you. He was wrongly charged and convicted by a crooked judge, prosecutor, and jury. He will win on appeal and all charges will be dismissed.
Trump is gonna be your president. How does that feel?

Except he literally is guilty of it. That's what the court and evidence shows.
>If you are too stupid to understand what the law says, I can’t help you.
Nobody is confused about what the law says, you are claiming he didn't break it. Now, as you said, what is your evidence for this? I'm assuming you aren't just making baseless claims are you?\

Look at the OP. Jesus. If anything he is guilty of falsifying business records 2nd degree, which is a misdemeanor. To be guilty of 1st degree he would’ve had to have been charged with another crime. He wasn’t. There was no other crime. No other way to spell it out for you. He was found guilty. Wrongly. He will win on appeal. That’s it. There is no more to it. If he was trying to cover up another crime he would’ve been charged with that crime.

It is intent to conceal another crime, not being convicted of one.
god #### you're too stupid for this.
You keep saying he didn't do it or didn't intent to. Show your work besides "nuh uh, he didn't do it".
The jury saw evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that he did. So the onus is on your to show otherwise if you are going to deny that.

Misdemeanors. The fact that the judge was ok with wrongly convicted him of a felony is proof enough for me that he was corrupt. That fact casts shade on the whole case. What evidence do we have he himself falsified anything?

You're throwing around the word "fact" a lot here. Show us this "fact".
>What evidence do we have he himself falsified anything?
Did you read the conviction? What specifically didn't you find convincing. You seem pretty sure of yourself.
I mean, let's be honest here. If the claim is against Trump, you just don't believe it. That's all this is. You don't care about J6, you don't care that he stole documents, you don't care about any of it.
So why not just say that? We already know anyway.

For one, if you'd actually read what happened instead of listening to your echo chamber you would know that
1. Falsification of business records WITHOUT INTENT TO COMMIT OR CONCEAL ANOTHER CRIME, is a misdemeanor. 2. It's the fact that the jury found proof beyond a reasonable doubt that he falsified them with intent to conceal a crime (hush money to influence the election) that raised it to a felony.
Are you done asking this stupid question now? Your boy is a criminal. Full stop. But this doesn't matter, the justice system doesn't work, he won't be punished for this or any of his other crimes. Pubs do not care that he is a criminal because he is a very useful idiot for them.

us idiots? You are the one that is upset that a criminal gets convicted and can't call J6 an attack on democracy.
Let me say it slower for you: Trump keeps having legal issues because he's a lawless ####. That's what happens to criminals.
You see how that works? Break the law --> the law comes after you. I thought that was a big part of your party? apparently not.

Wrong. If the misdemeanor business record falsification covers up another crime then it becomes a felony under NY state law. We know it covered up tax fraud because Cohan was given additional money to cover taxes even though the money was a reimbursement, not payment for services.
