He just doesn't get it... Left Askew in when clearly it was time to go righty on righty. He did it last night too...
His teams can't run the bases, They can't bunt... they cant field the ball... It's the SAME MISTAKES OVER AND OVER WITH THIS GUY.
It's time for a CHANGE.

Actually the pitching “coach” is the problem. He waits for a pitcher to go down in flames and doesn’t even have anybody warming up in the pen.
But if Monte doesn’’t take the ball away from him and get a real coach for pitching he himself should be let go. It’s his job to pick a staff.

"In his first five seasons as head coach at Clemson, Monte Lee has a 182-86 (.679) record, as the 182 wins are tied for 13th most in the nation during that time period. Lee led the Tigers to the NCAA Tournament each of his first four seasons (2016-19) at Clemson, one of only 13 schools that were selected to the NCAA Tourney each of those four seasons. Lee is also 80-54 against ACC teams.
Lee has coached eight All-Americans in his five seasons at Clemson, including at least one All-American in all five seasons as well as three-time All-American and National Player-of-the-Year Seth Beer (2016-18).
A total of 26 Tigers have been drafted 29 times, as three Tigers were drafted twice, and four Tigers have signed as a free agent as well. The 29 draft picks are tied for 11th most in the nation and are third most in the ACC from 2016-20."

yep i know it is impossible to believe but there are people in that camp. it is all about what have you done for me lately. lately now means last month. i like to call these trolls our walmart fans. they are a really sad group of people. no one has to agree with everything that happens but it is very sad to read some of this tripe.

People use excuse monte won it in 16. It was jacks guys. Guess what yes he has gotten us there but #### y’all must be same fans who are satisfied with just making the ncaa. The fans yall call Walmart fans are fans who just expect more and want more. Bowden for instance in football wasn’t as bad as people said. He just couldn’t get us over that next hump. Aka monte. Aka brownell.

We are also out of those 13 the only one who hasn’t made a super regional in those 5 years and one of three who haven’t made the CWS in that time. Beer also got worse in his time here and is the only national player of the year at Clemson never to make a super or CWS. Last I checked that’s the expectations here that AD said was reason Leggett was fired because we were expected to win, host regionals, win regionals, and then get to Supers and CWS. Monte also with Leggett players was a national seed in 16 and 17 and then has gone to almost not making the regionals. So the progression is getting worse with post season expectations.
