Keys for beating the Coots

•First off I think we definitely want to win the coin toss and go on defense first given the choice we better defer.
•I think we should stack the box often and trust our safeties and corners one on one and stop their good running back and running QB
•We need Cade to play poised we can’t have the silly turnovers or intentional groundings from the old Cade and we need him to continue to use his legs when the opportunity presents itself.
•We need our O line to have a good game doesn’t have to be pretty but just tough and don’t allow to much penetration (We probably get Leigh back at least) and give mafah some holes to run through.
•We need Mafahs best he needs to empty the tank and be a work horse.
•We are going to need to hit a couple deep shots when the opportunity presents itself can’t be another Louisville game in that regard.
•One of the biggest keys to this game is FG operations have to be clean because I doubt we have much room for error in this one.

The offensive line can’t allow those DEs to get penetration and we have to win the turnover battle. If we do that, we should win. We have the better roster, but unfortunately their strength is our defensive weakness. We can’t allow the ##### to get big runs in 3rd and long situations, either from the RBs or the QB.

Good summary. Got to play #11 at DT for sure. Got to play 3 linebacker set with Barrett Woodass and S Brown on the filed at all times. Got to get their QB on the ground as if Missouri could have they would have won. Both Rocket Man and Sellers are huge with adequate speed and cutting ability. They throw mainly but not always to their 6’6’’ receiver and Simon wide out. Both are tall and they go up and get the ball over the smaller DBs . The big thing is stop the run and make the QB beat you with the pass.

The size you reference at WR concerns me. Terrell has not done well in with big, physical WRs, he just does not have the size.

Easy, our O line has to be better than their defense. Their run defense is 11th in the country and ours is not in the top 50 so the team that blocks the best will win the game.
