Playoffs isn’t likely and I know a bowl game isn’t worth much anymore. But 11-2 is a season we can be proud of.

Honestly, after what we just watched, "just win out" really doesn't seem likely or even realistic at this point. The Tigers just got beaten convincingly at home by Louisville. No, it wasn't a blowout, but it wasn't exactly a back-and-forth, down-to-the-wire, close game either. The Cards spent most of the 2nd half up multiple scores, and Clemson's offense was shockingly ineffective. Louisville isn't an elite team, but they are a good team, and I think it would be fair to put Virginia Tech and Pitt in a similar category. Do we really think tonight was just a fluke and that Clemson should now be expected to go on the road back-to-back weeks and beat VA Tech and Pitt? I'm not saying they can't do it, but I think those 2 games have to be considered essentially toss-ups at this point. I don't think it would be logical to expect the Tigers to just roll both of those teams, especially after what we just watched. And, as much as I hate to say it, the Gamecocks have been playing well. We saw what they just did to A&M, and we saw how they took Alabama and LSU right to the wire, in both cases actually squandering some opportunities to win those games. I know nobody on here wants to hear it, but if South Carolina is playing like that, they could very well be the toughest remaining team on the schedule. And if what we saw from Clemson tonight is who they really are, the Tigers are in big trouble. There's nothing I'd hate to see more than SCar getting another win in the Valley, but it's time for us to acknowledge that this is becoming a very real possibility. I might get downvoted into oblivion for this, but I honestly think that if I were a neutral predicting that game right now, I'd pick the Gamecocks to win.

VT not Pitt is going to be easy and they’re both on the road.

SC… as much as it pains me to say this… is a better football team than we are right now.

They have a monster DL and they are physical. Really… really physical. They only have to rush their front 4 to get pressure which means they’re dropping 7 in coverage. We all know the game plan when we face 6/7 in coverage… sideline… sideline and oh yeah… more sideline.

We ain’t beating SC throwing to the sidelines… they have legit team speed on defense. I’m not saying they’re going to blow us out but I expect it to look something like the Clowney years where they dominated us up front on both sides of the ball.

This team is not running it out.
