Got my 4th Pfizer shot--(Updated-Omicron/Original booster) a few days ago. I had nothing more than a very minimal sore arm with the first 3 jabs.
This one kicked my butt a bit. Had fever and chills that night along with myalgia. The next day I had fatigue big time.
Felt fine after 24 hrs. I guess this is a good sign of an immunologic response.
Went back and forth on whether to go ahead, but it's been over a year since shot #3 and with some upcoming travel and over 65 decided to press forward. May well be overkill, who knows? I'm otherwise very healthy.
I don't expect this new booster to have many takers and at this point, I get that choice too.

I think at this point rather getting the booster and knowing I'll feel like crap, I'll take my chances on getting covid and feeling crap.

Thanks for letting me know what your experience was with it. We've been over a year since our last one so we are treating it like the flu shot (which we have never had but will probably start yearly too).

Studies are showing that the 4th shot (second booster) has an effectiveness of about 2 weeks. Also, natural immunity is still greater than the jabs!

If your experiences with the booster is nothing more than feeling terrible for a day or three, then I'm very happy for you. Hopefully you won't suffer any long term problems. I'm pulling for you!

as did my annual flu shot. I think my arm hurt more from the flu shot but it was a close race. Other than feeling sleepy that afternoon and the next morning, I was fine.

My first three Pfizer jabs I got I no reaction that was noticeable. Already had Covid before getting the first jab so that may have mitigated. Was on the fence about getting the 4th jab - but after reading your post and the rest of this thread (including the natural
Immunity only folks) - screw it. Im in. Let’s see what is available at Rite Aide this week for scheduling ….

I got the first booster which almost killed me. I almost made it back to the recliner from the bathroom. I ended up crawling back to the coffee table and laying the upper part of my body on that until help arrived and got me back upon my feet.
It was as bad as the worst flu I've ever had. I don't GAS what they say I'm done.
