“Biden suggested Sunday morning that he has the authority to unilaterally increase the debt ceiling using the 14th Amendment.”
What is it this time that Dems want? Blank checks? Oh yea, that’s what they’ve always wanted.

It's a complete an utter joke. And LOL at how you and the rest of the MAGAts were MIA on this issue during the 3 times the debt ceiling was raised when "the business man" was POTUS. Why is that?

questionable. It's never paid down, always running a deficit, and ....anyway, I question it.
If I have a credit card, and always, for 40+ years, put more on it each month than I pay off, and I've increased my debt limit on the card 25 times or more, I promise you the credit card company would have LONG AGO questioned my creditworthiness. Especially when the balance is 130% of my yearly income.
So whatever.

Well, I mean he thought he could enact a $500 billion dollar spending bill without a legislative process.

That’s special. If he believes he has that authority then why is he bothering with having “negotiations” with the Pubs.
Those supposed checks and balances are pesky at times.

Sigh _ Trump when in office was supportive of raising the debt limit.

Fiscal restraint is a noble objective but seems somewhat disingenuous when pursued on a part time basis depending on who’s in office.
Respect can be gained when consistent based on principle.

Trump wouldn’t have raised it by himself; that’s the point.

He would only try to stage a coup to keep his power following losing a fair election.
