My first bike was a Triumph.
After the Army tried to borrow $$ to buy a Harley, but NCNB (BanK America) turned me down.
I saved up and got a new Sportster in 1976 for $1800. I have had a Harley of some type since then.
Nothing wrong with other bikes, I love them all.

I used to get paid to ride a Cop Electra Glide.

I may have more miles on a bike than you as I am old and have had more years to ride.

Those old Electra Glide was one of the best riding scooters that money could buy at one time, and they still are one of the best for comfort on almost any highway!!!

When I was a teenager, I had a Honda 175 dream, a Honda 350 enduro, and a Yamaha 750 street bike, everything after that have all been Harley Davidsons...
