To motivate their teams to win. You have to have the right personnel, no doubt, but you also have to align everyone and motivate them towards a common goal. Some have it, some don’t.

Funny how some coaches whine and make excuses and some don't. the excuse makers never win anything, and the coaches who never make excuses bring home trophies.
