Not meaning to go ALL Bowden on you guys, but if the EDGE IS SET JUST 3 TIMES in the Chicken game & the Texas game, Clemson wins. It's hard as Clemson fans not seeing that EDGHE set MOST of the time.

If is a big word. The fact is that is wasn’t and Clemson didn’t win either of those games. I understand being hopeful and optimistic, but you also have to be realistic.
The defense wasn’t just bad and mistake prone in those two games.

It's a stated FACT that the D did NOT set the EDGE worth a crap this season. Hence their performance was down,also why their is a CHANGE of DC.

Bump for being optimistic but SMU could say the same thing. Had they squib kicked the kick-off, we may not have won.
Thing is, we really don't know. Say we set that edge, the next play, they could have chucked a TD throw... likewise, could have been an int. So I understand what you're saying, but Wes would still be here and who knows if we retain the players... who knows if Dabo decides to pick up 3 hs recruit instead of portal... yada yada.

Unless CK does a metamorphosis during the offseason, it ain’t gonna happen. He has some super plays and then some head scratchers. DW and TL spoiled us and those type QB’s are rare indeed.
