Took my wife to that game in Columbia and that was about the most confident I have ever seen their fans going into a game. They completely ignored the fact that we had beaten FSU, and kept yelling about Wake Forest beating us.

We left the house in Inman around 2pm and it took us 5 hours to get to Columbia, get parked and get in the stadium. The ball was kicked off before we could get to our seats, and it was 14-0 before we sat down for the first time.

We were totally surrounded by coot fans except for the couple next to us, and man their fans were NOT happy with us being there.

Needless to say we had really comfortable seats and were able to stretch out in the 2nd half as the stadium emptied out.
