Clemson will win 2025 College Football Championship!! The team will go to the White House, like they did before, without the drama and boycotting that so many teams have had that refused to go when Trump was in office. Musk will be there with Trump and will bond with Dabo and the boys. Both will sport hats Dabo gives them for "ALL IN" and Musk will announce he loves this group and sign on to fund NIL opportunities at levels that push Clemson far higher than any other college sports program. The future is bright!!!

Why would Musk do that? Anyway, most of the starters didn't go to the White House last time. Not sure it would be any different if it happened again.

Thanks for the detailed information. While I’m sure it wasn’t your intent it makes me view these players in a different light. You probably wanted people to view the President at that time in a different light without saying so. Mission failed spectacularly.

It appeared the point of JDs post was to highlight many of our starters making a political statement by not attending a traditional ceremony where the highest office in the country honors an accomplishment of a team. I now view them in a different light because I wouldn’t want athletes at Clemson on a championship team to put their personal political views above a ceremony to honor their collective effort and achievement. Even if we had won a natty during the reign of the great potato I would want all the players to attend unless they were getting ready for the combine or were recovering from surgery post season.
