There was one in Chapel Hill during Barnes's tenure that ended with only 4 Tigers on the court due to the others all fouling out.

Or by tolerating us turning the ball over 4 times in a row without calling a timeout to settle the team down?

This one probably doesn’t qualify for Top 5 given that Hank Nichols used to roam the court dressed as an impartial official but this one had an exclamation point after a 3-4 minute buildup that is tough to beat.
