Penn State is 10th and Wisconsin is tied for 11th in Big 10. Barring a good tournament run, I would bet neither is selected.
Everyone should know how much emphasis a team puts on an in-conference, rivalry game. At a .700 conference record, Clemson’s win percentage is better than only a handful of first and second place teams.

If you're talking the tourney resume above, only the road win against NC State is classified as a Quad 1 win. The home win over NC State is Q2.
