Santucci would be great hire Imo. Doesn’t have a lot of experience as a DC is the only negative. But he came from Georgia's staff working under Kirby Smart. And you saw the hell he gave Georgia last game of the season. Should have beat Georgia. He’s go a lot upside moving forward.

I'm not impressed by his defenses, to be honest. It might be me, but they seem to give up a lot of yards and I'm not a fan of the "bend don't break" defensive philosphy. Too many short fields for the offense.

He did well at Duke under Mike Elko. They held Miami and UGA in check this year. He has done more than Wes with less talent. I think he would shine here with the talent upgrade.

This is explaining a lot. If you dont know the nature of the things you're doing, you do them. An English Comp class for the staff might turn this thing around.
