I’m so darn hungry! All the time. From protein overload to calorie deficit. How how you handled this? If I drink any more water my eyes are going to float away. Any low calorie zero carb fillers? Help! 🤣

Too many polyunsaturated fats and sodium. Do you know any brands low in sodium?

V8 juice and 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese doesn’t last very long. Trying to balance carbs, fat, and protein to not loose muscle gains.

If your goal is muscle growth and maintenance your protein intake really shouldn't change between bulking and cutting. Keep it at ~.7-1 g/lb body weight. Anything more than that is going to be useless (unless you're on gear) and less is likely to give you subpar growth or retention.
If you're looking for stuff to make you feel full ditch the cottage cheese and replace it with Greek yogurt. It typically has a better protein to calorie breakdown and mixes much better with things like raspberries and chia seeds that are loaded with fiber and keep you feeling full longer.

Watch your portions, eat whole foods and aim for lean proteins. All that other nonsense is not backed by real science.

Lots of water with electrolyte powder

If I eat breakfast, I'm hungrier than if I don't and end up consuming more calories. Intermittent fasting helps with overall intake of cals and prevents the need to stuff my face all day.
Aim for a deficit of no more than 1000 cals. Chris Bumstead is like 230 lbs and doesn't go below 1750 kcal per day even during competition prep, and that's considered aggressive. I've seen people trying to cut at 1200-1500 cals a day and they wonder why their performance tanks.
I'm about 219 and am cutting right now to goal BW of 204. It's a grind. Not for the feint of hard.
Oh yeah, treat yourself. You can have a cheat meal or two.

Speaking of YouTube, I just got an email stating that they are increasing their monthly charge $10 a month! Was $72.99 and will be $82.99 starting in January
