Their conference as much as we do? Or a conference that despises a member team as much as the ACC hates us? Think of all the money and publicity/credibility we’ve brought over the years and they treat us like s.

Not just "a" founding member, basically "the" founding member.
"The ACC was established on June 14, 1953, when seven members of the Southern Conference left to form their own conference.[n 1][26] These seven universities became charter members of the ACC: Clemson, Duke, Maryland, North Carolina, North Carolina State, South Carolina, and Wake Forest. They left partially due to the Southern Conference's ban on post-season football play that had been initiated in 1951. (Clemson and Maryland had both defied the Southern Conference's bowl rule following the 1951 season and were banned from playing other conference teams in the 1952 season).[27]

I tend to agree with you. Especially where basketball is concerned. The league seems to expect the football team to always be a threat but for some reason the basketball team never gets any respect. And, contrary to some of you, they deserve the respect. Last nights game was a glowing example of this. Duke WAS NOT a better team than the one coach Brownell put on the floor.

And how many states other than SC have absolutely no conference championships? Fla, Ga, NC, Penn, Virginia, Mass, Indiana. All have had championships. But nothing in SC since they took the baseball out.
