IPTAY tickets

Hello I was wondering if anyone could offer some help to accessing my IPTAY CFP tickets. I got a confirmation email but when I go to my orders they are not there. It's Gameday...and I'm in Austin...and IPTAY support is not available.

You accept the tickets in email from Clemson that asks you accept transfer of tickets to Longhorns site

STEP 1: Check your email
Look for an email on this account from no_reply@texaslonghorns.paclive.com with the subject "Clemson University wants to send you x ticket." It should arrive by 5 p.m. today, Dec. 13.

STEP 2: Open the email
Once you've located the email, open it to proceed with accepting the ticket transfer.

STEP 3: Find the "Accept Transfer" button
In the middle of the email, you should see an "Accept Transfer" button. Click on this button to proceed.

Use the alternative link (if necessary). If the "Accept Transfer" button is not working for any reason, scroll down and look for a link provided. Copy and paste this link into your web browser to continue.
STEP 4: Create an account with the Texas Ticket Office
(Note: This is different than your Clemson ticket account)

After clicking the "Accept Transfer" button or using the alternative link, you'll be redirected to a sign-in page. You'll need to create a new account by clicking “Create Account.”

I ordered them yesterday through the IPTAY site so I never got that email. I tried calling IPTAY box office and the UT box office but they are both closed. Was the link specific to each order?

Surely there will be a Clemson Ticket Representative there today at the stadium box office that can help you.Every Bowl,Playoff and even regular season away games that I have been to and needed some help I always found someone from the Clemson Ticket Office that made the trip.They have been there 2 or 3 hours prior to the game.

Once you log into your IPTAY Account go to your Profile page then go down to the box where you see My Events,click on that and then you can find your CFP Tickets or Texas tickets,whatever way they are titled,that is where I get my tickets and send them to my Google Wallet
