IPTAY has the worse website imaginable.
Time to upgrade baseball seats- took 5 minutes just to log in, had to refresh multiple pages to final get to where I needed to go, then met with a "this event currently has no seats available" message.
17 minutes wasted this morning

Well it’s looked like that for almost a year now maybe longer. I’m guessing it’s not a priority.

When I was an IPTAY REP, we complained constantly about their computer . We got absolutely nowhere. That was 5 years ago. I just call the ticket office and talk to a human. The humans at the IPTAY office are wonderful also.

LOL ........ I contend that they have taken us for granted for so long they no longer think of IPTAY as a service organization in which they provide the service to their members. They think the members are there to provide money and service for their every need.
