Imma be really aggressive this year filing my tax returns

My deductions/credits this year are gonna include personal expenditures for: coffee, donuts, candy bars, Netflix, Apple+, gym membership, highway tolls, NIL donations, tailgate supplies, "business trip" to Austin, Tnet membership dues, vehicle wear and tear for trips to football games, meals at the smoking pig, emotional damages from Clemson losses...not an exhaustive list still coming up with deductions.
Why the hale not since by April there will be no one left in the federal government to catch my malfeasance. It's almost as if President Elon wants people to be able to get away with crimes; but that couldn't be true.

No need to worry.
As you say, there will be no one to check tax returns. The rich people will now pay no taxes.
But, on the other hand, Musk and his merry dwarfs will have pocketed any money that should have been returned to taxpayers. Musk has already had them siphoning money, via checks direct to Tesla, from the US AID bounty they're stealing. (TheRump has fired all the Inspector Generals so the corruption is already rampant. No one but Musk and his Merry Dwarfs will know where the billions went.)
There is no FBI to catch them in the act. If some brave FBI agents do see the grift, the MAGAoids that TheRump has put into the FBI, will fire and ruin the reputations of those agents.

Why don't we fix what's broken while not at the same time breaking what's working. MAGA's beloved DOGE isn't gonna increase the total public welfare; it's gonna move the waste from one bucket to another. I don’t know about taxes, I don’t know about the IRS, but I do know that Trump has opened the door for a wide variety activities that are typically considered misdemeanors, felonies, crimes, improprieties and flat out unethical behavior.
