I wish that Tiger Nation would have heard the host of coot talking sports yesterday when all the BS come out, you could hear the fear in their voices thinking there was a real possibility of Clemson coming to the SEC. Without them ever saying that it was a possibility, you could hear it dripping from the way it was being talked about with them denying it was even a possibility, and how the SEC wasn't even thinking about another expansion, and if they were Clemson wouldn't be a school receiving an invite to the SEC. Those coots actually believe they are a true competitor in the SEC, and that Clemson would never get back to the playoffs without being in the ACC. It's amazing how they have forgotten they only won one ACC championship through the years they were a part of the ACC, or how happy the ACC partners were when they pulled out of the ACC!!!

They would immediately have an even lower ceiling if Clemson joined the league. Yes, they win a game now and then, but their aggregate W/L totals would absolutely fall even further if we and/or FSU joined.

I don't understand why some Clemson fans keep saying this. Nobody in the SEC is scared of Clemson... not at all. Most SEC teams play more than one team every year that is better than Clemson. They would probably be excited for Clemson, and welcome the Tigers aboard.

And, correct me if I am wrong, but didn't South Carolina beat Clemson last year? Didn't South Carolina beat a top 3 Tennessee team? South Carolina is coming up. I don't think they are scared of anyone
