innocent until proven guilty, let's wait until Spurrier hears what the judge has to say before making a rash decision.

Enough said??? That's just your opinion, for whatever it's worth, and nothing more. Skip the grandiosity, leave it to Dabo---your obvious hero and surrogate father figure. Spare the rest of us that BS.

Hate to agree with a Coot but even a blind squirrel finds a nut now and then. Lead's right. SlumCoot is dead wrong. I'm personally sick of HIS crap.

While it might be nice to give someone second chances, I believe CBS has done the proper step in this instance. Some posters apparently want to make light of an offense which goes far beyond a mere apology and possible reinstatement. Depending upon past legal circumstances if any, PTI might be an option, but I personally think there is more to this then any of us knows at the moment. The proper agencies will ultimately determine what legally is forthcoming.
Go Tigers!

He violated student code of conduct by being arrested.

I know in the football world where things seem to be backward at most school this seems to be a minor infraction. Clemson isn't one of those schools. We take students being arrested seriously. It'll get you tossed.
Fortunately for Ebo it wasn't in the middle of the season and he maintains his eligibility for football.
