I think it's kind of funny that they get all dressed up. More power to them though. As long as they are enthusiastic and having fun I think it's all good.

Lol if I want to show up in orange overalls,Jersey or whatever it doesn't matter. Games are for fun they are not an upscale social event. I'm going to lose my voice and majority of games get sweaty so why not wear what I want. The problem is have are the people around me in their nice Polo shirts and khakis sitting down and just watching instead of screaming when the defense is on the field. Football games are for entertainment only.what would halloween,comicon,etc be without having fun and putting on clothes to make you feel more a part of it.

My daughter is currently wearing my #21 Terry Allen jersey to the games. You can't kill those old jerseys, those suckers are tough.
That said, should I ever choose to wear a jersey to a game, I will do so, and I will not for a moment give a crap about what anyone else thinks about it.
Certainly not any more than you give a crap about what I write on a message board.

I would rank that about #8532..nah that might be a little high. I have only once worn a jersey to a game I wasn't playing and that was my son's away jersey to his final home game on senior night in high school, but if others want to, more power to them.
