Its on Prime and called Mel Brooks- seriously, well almost. There are interviews and stories on his comedies. It also tells about many of the serious movies he has produced which he did not take credit for because he was afraid audiences would think they are comedies. There are interviews with people like Alan Ladd, Jr who he worked closely with for years.

I agree, even thought I have to watch them by myself. My wife just doesn't get it. I am interested in seeing about the other movies he had a hand in.

Prime also has a documentary on Gene Wilder that was just released this past year. That was a good watch too if you like Gene Wilder. But of course you do. Gene and Mel go hand in hand.
