If you had to chose to beat LSU in one sport coming up

Which would you take?
Would you choose baseball? For us to beat them in Alex Box stadium to make the CWS for the first time since 2010?
Or
Football. Win the opener at home in the battle of Death Valley.
Usually I think everyone would say football first no brainer. But with the circumstances with baseball this year and the ability to bounce back in a football season now… the answers might be closer.
Which would you take if we could win only one and lose the other?

Football. The Death Valley name rivalry means more in a national perspective than the baseball super regional. It's tough though, I want both to be wins. Let's just do a sweep of the Cajun Tigers this year.

Definitely baseball because we haven't been to Omaha in forever and football can still recover and make the playoffs.

I'd have to go with winning the football game. If I really believed the baseball team had a legit shot at winning the world series I'd go with baseball.
I think it's hugely important that Clemson gets a signature win over the SEC in the opener.

I'll take the win in Death Valley.
It would likely mean we've got a shot at the natty and I would ride that wave all year.
Making the CWS doesn't guarantee a title.
I don't think this team can win it all
I do however like Bakich and believe he will get us there.

I know we’ve been consistent and very good but the last few years we’ve been a step behind the big programs. A win against LSU would take a step towards showing that again.
Of course, LSU could be a 8-4 team at the end of the year and Kelly getting fired. They could also be a playoff team.
So one game is just that. One game.
I still can’t believe Louisville embarrassed us at home and that we let the dirtpeckers beat us.
It’s a long season and that GTech game might be just as big.

Either team could use it I just think we could really use some momentum at the beginning of the season after having have dropped the past few openers.
