Agreed. Smart everything. TV, phones, tablets etc… Its extremely addictive and waste of time. I’m guilty I know. I wish I never had the option.

"Smartphones " are turning everybody into idiots. Especially on the roadways. There's not a single person I'm behind who does not sit at a green light until honked at. I'm religious about not touching my phone when I'm driving so I see all the terrible antics around me. I would gladly go back to the days of no smart phones. I mean who needs to look at Facebook while driving a car. It's just insane.

California has already implemented a ban of gas-powered outdoor equipment that becomes law soon. I don't know how much lower noise levels are the electric motors.
I'd like to go back to the days when you raked your leaves with a hand-rake. Not just blow them over to your neighbor's house or out in the street.

I have seen some ugly people with clothes on. I do not want to see the alternative.
However, if we are going back to Genesis, the whole reason we have clothing is due to Adam's and Eve's sin. Without the original sin and the fallout from it in this world, we would be clothes-free. I would like a world without sin and the temptation it brings.

I was scrolling through to see if anyone would say Social Media. That is my #1 and a close 2nd would be the cell phone. Combined the two are killing the next generations.
I'm driving to work and pass a school bus stop with half a dozen kids. No one is talk and every single one of them has there head down look and swiping. No one even looks up when it is time to get on the bus. They just walk on with head down looking at the phones.

Interesting. scrolling through the responses I see that it's not really the inventions, but the morons that use them. A lot of the inventors that created horrendous things wound up regretting it. TNT, atomic bomb. Even the guy that invented the technology for pop-up ads says he wished he hadn't done it. And now AI. The people currently working on it (and still working on it!) call it the possible extinction on man. What the? Anytime humans are involved, things get screwed up. Unintended consequences. What a concept.
