Doesnt make a ton of coaching moves but instead his biggest change is attacking the transfer portal.

We need a reset of talent specifically on defense. Competition across the board will be pivotal to getting back to championship football.

Thoughts?

Idk I think you have to make coaching changes. If we win out playing like this every week, should we really be satisfied with the coaches? They aren’t doing a good enough job.

We just haven't made them for whatever reason. Riley has probably been the most disappointing to date but I also think Cade has been the main reason for our offensive struggles early in the year. Missed wide open guys all over the field and seemed to blatantly disregard playcalls at times.

We just lack some kind of competitive edge that other teams seem to be playing with. Does the portal foster that kind of attitude on the field. It seems that the teams that use it more frequently play with a chip on their shoulder that we lack. More fire and intensity

Nahhh changes are incoming. I can't see us NOT shaking things up on the coaching staff. It's just looking too hard out there for a team that was experience heavy coming into this year. Like 2023 all over again.

This is not a good offense and that falls on the OC. If he is not replaced, it will be more of the same next year.

TALENT is lacking bigtime.

I'm not saying Riley doesn't hold some blame, but we've had 3 DCs and if Riley's replaced 4 OCs over 6 years.........nothing has changed.
