I think Neff will make the tough decision just like Dabo did when he let K Steel go after the WVU game. How can he not when we are 5-22 since our 14-0 start. That is pathetic

Monte Lee needs to go. This isn't the standard that Clemson baseball has established in its history. He was hired to restore to Clemson to that and 7 years in, he has not only failed to do so, but program has moved further away from that standard.

I didn't take long, but I already dislike Neff. He appears to have no backbone. If Neff cares so little about baseball and basketball that he keeps two coaches on the staff that cannot win, then at least reduce funding for those sports, and cut coaching salaries significantly.

All Neff cared about was sitting in The Chair. He won’t make a tough decision or CBB would already be gone.

I’m hoping Neff is saving his “fire somebody this season” card for Monte. If he doesn’t, he clearly doesn’t want to be bothered with doing any cleaning house and will ride the football success as long as possible.

I think his assistants have also been a part of the problem. If he could’ve brought Heath in first year as pitching coach things may have turned out different.
Jack had a long list of assistants become successful.
CofC has a strong chance of making a regional with Holbrook.
No significant schools are pursuing any of our baseball staff.
