Crazy playoff scenario. Okie St loses one more game.

Which is very likely. (Baylor or Oklahoma)
Clemson loses really close to UNC.
1. Bama 2. Undefeated Big 10 (OSU/Iowa) 3.??? 4.???
Do you put ND in who didnt have to play game 13 conf championship and who lost to Clemson?
UNC would have the best win, Clemson, but didn't play anyone else and had a TERRIBLE loss.
Clemson had the "best loss" and "best win" combination but didn't even actually win the ACC.
Oklahoma didn't have to play game 13 conf championship and TERRIBLE loss to Texas.

Carolina would go over us, but I'm not sure they would make the cut.

Committee has stated they favor conf champs. Pac 12 all have 2 losses. Too much left unknown at this point to say who gets the 2 spots. Hopefully, for Clemson, we won't be playing the what if game.

1) it would take a lot more teams with 2 losses in the B12

and B10 for us to get in under that scenario I think--- 2)the only caveat would be if we lost close and Watson had gotten knocked out of the game(say concussion) and the committee knew he would be back for the playoffs.....they do look at injuries

All I know is if we lose to UNC, the playoffs are no more.

then we don't deserve to be there. Don't worry with such things though....that ain't gonna happen. Not to mention, I have serious doubts that UNCheat gets by both VT and NCSU without at least one loss

Clemson gets #1 seed, and Oklahoma or whoever wins the Big12

with 1 loss is definitely in. If 13-0, 12-1 Mich St, or 12-1 Ohio St win the Big Ten, they are in. If it's 11-2 Michigan, then you have Michigan, Florida, and possibly ND/Stanford winner all fighting for 2 spots. That would actually be glorious. I would LOVE to see that and find out which teams get the shaft.

pecking order at that point, but they wouldn't actually get in. Oklahoma would be in EASILY if they won out and won the Big XII. ND would get in ahead of UNC. Or if Stanford were to beat ND and win the Pac 12 at 11-2, they would also get in ahead of UNC.

We would be out.
Though, that's not going to happen. We will beat the heels in a closer game than some folks think.

Cause they gotta play Clemson, and there's no way dabo and co. misorepare for that one. I see our tigers playing their hardest and best game of the year in the acccg.
That said, a hypothetical 12-1 acc champ that hadn't lost since the first game of the year to even a poor performing power5 team sounds remarkably like OSU 2014.

have a chance? Remember Ohio St also had a win over a Mich St team that finished the regular season 10-2. UNC would have almost nothing on the resume aside from the win over Clemson. They would have to DESTROY us.
