call the plays and then realize it isn't working, fire scott as a scape goat after going 6-6, hire another big name.
Still think he was calling a lot of the plays when Napier was here. If he wasn't, then explain the huge play card in his hands when O was on the field and the talking into the headset before each play.

I agree promoting from within. We all know what the hiring of Napier did to the program. I think Dabo learned from that hire. He knows 1.3 million can get a top rated OC. I sure Dabo's phone will be ringing (if it has'nt already) once an annoucment is made about Chad Morris leaving.

This is a typical knee jerk reaction to 1 bad hire. We don't know if Scott is ready or not, but we do know he has spent 2 years learning under a really good coach. The same luxury was not given to Napier.
