Why is "the businessman " such a total failure

when it comes to the nation's finances? He's suppose to excel in this area, and all we've seen is how much he sucks at it. Facts show he really isn't a good businessman, just a good con-man/carnival barker.
How embarrassing for the MAGAts. 😆

Maybe he proves everyone wrong. At the worst MAGA people just don't wear their red hats anymore.

Congress doesn't run a goddamned thing anymore after abdicating nearly every power they had to the Executive.

... Just be sure to deflect any criticism from the Fraud and Conman that you worship.
After all, it's better than advocating for mass murder of American citizens. (Is that what got you banned, Keowee? Another instance of you not being able to control your hate or your big dumb mouth? lol)

Ok, your next task is to tell us who controls all of the Republicans in Congress.
The fat orange clown does.
Trump has his thumb on them so hard they can’t even take a #### unless he approves.
Republicans in Congress have zero power. Congressional Democrats have more power than Republicans.
You can say, Congress runs the finances, but Trump runs rough shot over all Republicans in Congress.
Next!

Until he became president and could grift, he would have just been better leaving his money in the stock market.

We have tax & spend democrats and tax & spend MAGA piling on debt to purchase incumbency, there are no adults willing to make difficult decisions in power, because they are more interested in retaining power and their own wealth than doing what is in the best interest of the country and its future.
A new party with the platform of:
- banning public office holders from trading stocks - term limits for Congress - strictly balanced budgets
Would win in a landslide, and while they wouldn’t retain power, even just those few changes would chart a new course forward.

People on the right claim they want those things but it’s just talking points. They don’t really care about those things.

Why would it only win once if it was popular?

Because the proletariat will revolt when their goodies get taken away. Everyone loves the idea of spending cuts when it’s someone else’s government cheddar.

Imagine the revolt when the SS retirement age gets raised to 75 and people have to actually save for their own retirement, or when Medicare no longer lets boomers with BMI’s over 40 get 8 back surgeries and every joint replaced.

Yes, I do. One is also free to acquire those things of their own volition by earning money and allocating it wisely, that’s what I do. I earn it, I don’t expect something for nothing. I don’t view my needs as rights that I am entitled to at others’ expense.
My opinion is that people don’t need to be free to quit working just because they’ve reached a certain age if they haven’t planned a way to afford said retirement. Social security and Medicare were passed in an era where the life expectancy was below the collection age. The country cannot afford to fund decades of life for everyone. Raise the age or let people opt out, I think these are both reasonable ways to keep a solvent safety net.
I feel the same way about unlimited funding for pet defense projects and most other uses of tax dollars.

Do you realize you come off as a completely irrational actor when you make claims like this?
Even the most barbarian government regimes understand you have to provide food for your population.

Unfortunately, I can’t prevent you from running away when you’re clearly wrong.
I just don’t understand how you can be content with living your life like that.
